Bookings & Reservations
All reservations and payments are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the platform through which the booking was made (such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or other third-party platforms).
Lendia Hospitality does not process payments directly through this website unless otherwise stated.
Third-Party Booking Platforms
If your reservation was made through a third-party platform, all refund requests must be submitted directly through that platform and will be handled according to their policies.
Lendia Hospitality cannot override or modify third-party refund decisions.
Direct Bookings (If Applicable)
In the event of a direct booking arranged through Lendia Hospitality:
